One or Two things about Huawei Technologies

Some of you may have heard about Huawei (The people who use RCS/RDS mobile phones surely know what i'm talking about). The fact is, Huawei Technologies is  the largest networking and telecommunications equipment supplier in the People's Republic of China. It is headquartered in Longgang DistrictShenzhenGuangdong.
Established in 1988 by Ren Zhengfei, Huawei Technologies is a private high-tech enterprise which specializes in research and development (R&D), production and marketing of communications equipment, and providing customized network services for telecom carriers.Huawei serves 45 of the top 50 telecoms operators and puts 10 per cent of revenue into R&D each year. In addition to the R&D centers in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Xi'an,Chengdu, and Wuhan in China, Huawei also has R&D centers in Stockholm, Sweden; Dallas and Silicon Valley, U.S.; Bangalore, India; Ferbane in Offaly, Ireland; Moscow, Russia; Jakarta,Indonesia; and Wijchen, Netherlands.
Huawei has within a short period of time seen a rise to become the world No. 2 company in the mobile equipment industry behind Ericsson.
Now, they wish to adopt another model of development, the "green" model, so to speak. An american economist said that "Energy conservation and emission reduction are not just about fulfilling social responsibilities and helping improve the environment. It also allows enterprises to better control operating costs, thus improving their profitability and competitiveness directly.", and right he was.
One month ago, Huawei made things clear through one of their representatives, which stated:" We aim to produce greener network and achieve the goal of "Green commutation, green Huawei, Green world".
To put it in a nutshell, Huawei is the biggest tellecomunication equipment supplier in China, which now aims to produce much more in a much more environment-friendly way.Other firms should just as well follow in Huawei's steps, shouldn't they?:)

China's Economy in 30 years time

As i said in the previous article, China's future is definately one filled with positive achievements. Now, it is time to dwelve deeper into this matter and see what the economists's "forecast" is.
The Chinese economy will reach $123 trillion, or nearly three times the economic output of the entire globe in 2000.China’s per capita income will hit $85.000, more than double the forecast of the European union.Ultimately, China’s share of the global GDP (40%) will dwarf that of the U.S.(14%) and of the European Union (5%), making China the most powerful state in the world.
Of course, these are only predictions, but the thing is, many of us will still be around here to see if all these come true.Kind of mind numbing, when you think of it:)

General ideas about China's Economy

As many of you may have already heard, China's economy is rapidly expanding, becoming one of the most efficient economies on the planet. But you've got to ask yourselves, how much do you really know about China's economy?
Let me walk you through the details.
China   is the world’s second largest economy after the U.S. and  the second largest trading nation in the world.China is also the world's fastest growing major economy and it's per capita income was at $ 6, 567 in 2009.
What is undeniable is China’s rapid economic growth over the past 25 years since the beginning of economic reforms in 1978, of, measured in gross domestic product (GDP), on average 9.37% per year. In economic size China is surpassed today only by the U.S., Japan, Germany, and France. Its share in global growth 1995-2002 has been estimated at 25%, compared to 20% for the U.S.
As we can see, China's future is certainly a shiny one, but this we will see in the next article:).
